THIEF Daniel Dominic Jenkins must compensate Boots in Winchester after stealing hair oils.
Jenkins, also known as Bell, 35, of no fixed abode, admitted stealing the L'Oreal products valued at £52 on February 28.
Basingstoke Magistrates Court heard that he was spotted on CCTV putting the items in his pocket and leaving the store.
Magistrates ordered he pay £35 compensation and a £35 victim surcharge with the money to come from his benefits.
