A VAN driver allegedly without insurance, who police said later failed a drugs test was stopped by police in Romsey last night.
The white vehicle was pulled over by Hampshire Roads Policing team at around 9pm on Monday (April 26), and the driver was found to be without tax and insurance.
Hampshire police tweeted about the incident, revealing that the driver had been arrested and the vehicle seized.
