JAMES WATSON DEWAR, 63, of Lydgate Road, Southampton. Pleaded guilty to driving otherwise than in accordance with a licence authorising and without insurance. Community order made until July 22 this year to include a three month electronically monitored curfew from 8pm to 6am each day. Ordered to pay £95 victim surcharge and £85 court costs.
IAN PHILLIP SEYMOUR, 41, of Eling Lane, Totton. Pleaded guilty to two counts of drug driving. Interim disqualification until dealt with and while a pre-sentence report is prepared.
DANIEL MICHAEL JOSEPH GOLDRING, 23, of Bindon Close, Southampton. Pleaded guilty to driving otherwise than in accordance with a licence authorising to drive a class of vehicle and without insurance, and possession a Class B drug. Fined £500 and disqualified for 60 days. Ordered to pay £42 victim surcharge and £85 court costs.
MATTHEW STEVEN JAMES, 23, of Livingstone Road, Poole. Pleaded guilty to driving while disqualified and without insurance. Interim disqualification until dealt with and while a pre-sentence report is prepared.
DANNY TREVOR KILBANE, 31, of Lydgate Road, Southampton. Pleaded guilty to failing to provide a specimen. Disqualified for 24 months and fined £400. Ordered to pay £42 victim surcharge and £85 court costs.
MICHAEL ANTHONY RICHARDSON, 35, Archers Road, Eastleigh. Pleaded guilty to drug driving. Fined £300 and disqualified for 12 months. Ordered to pay £32 victim surcharge and £85 court costs.
BRAD AUSTIC, 18, Doncaster Road, Eastleigh. Pleaded guilty to drink driving. Fined £200 and disqualified for 12 months. Ordered to pay £85 court costs.
ROBERT ANDREW CREASOR, 55, of Warren Avenue, Southampton. Pleaded guilty to drink driving. Fined £400 and disqualified for 16 months. Ordered to pay £42 victim surcharge and £85 court costs.
KAREN ANN PARKER, 53, of Wadhurst Gardens, Southampton. Pleaded guilty to drink driving. Fined £400 and disqualified for 12 months. Ordered to pay £42 victim surcharge and £85 court costs.
GEOFFREY WILLIAM JOHN LONG, 44, of West End Road, Southampton. Pleaded guilty to drink driving. Fined £400 and disqualified for 12 months. Ordered to pay £42 victim surcharge and £85 court costs.
DOMINIK BIELA, 36, of James Street, Southampton. Pleaded guilty to drink driving, driving while disqualified and without insurance. Adjourned for a pre-sentence report to be prepared.
COLIN DONALD BAXTER, 45, of Hamilton Road, Eastleigh. Pleaded guilty to intentionally causing harassment, alarm or distress and using threatening or abusive words or behaviour within the sight of a person likely to be caused harassment, alarm or distress. Restraining order made not to contact his victims for three years. Fined £120. Ordered to pay £34 victim surcharge and £85 court costs.
SHARON TERESE UNDERWOOD, 53, of Orchard Close, Ringwood. Pleaded guilty to driving while disqualified. Fined £120 and disqualified for 15 months.
HARRY MICHAEL LEE FRANCIS, 23, of Sissinghurst Close, Southampton. Pleaded guilty to driving while disqualified, without insurance and drug driving. Interim disqualification until dealt with and while a pre-sentence report is prepared.
VIRGILIJUS JANULEVICIUS, 59. of St Mary Street, Southampton. Found guilty of assault by beating. Remanded on unconditional bail. Adjourned for an interpreter and for a pre-sentence report to be prepared.
NIGEL MICHAEL CROSS, 54, of Landguard Road, Southampton. Pleaded guilty to contacting a woman who he was prohibited from doing by a non-molestation order. Adjourned for a pre-sentence report to be prepared.
