A SHOPLIFTER has been jailed for a string of offences.
Victoria Tracey Peters raided shops in Totton, Lymington, Pennington.
The 31-year-old of Howards Mead in Pennington stole steaks, salmon, wine, dishwasher tablets and tuna.
She targeted stores including Tesco, the Co-op and One Stop.
Appearing before Southampton Magistrates' Court she was charged with four counts of theft to which she pleaded guilty.
She was jailed for 35 days.
According to court documents, her offending was so serious because she has previous convictions for similar matters.
Peters must pay £153 in compensation.
