A WINCHESTER drummer is getting back with his hugely famous band after a ten-year hiatus.
Andy Burrows who grew up in the city will be joining Johnny Borrell, Bjorn Agren and Carl Dalemo to reform Razorlight.
The group had hits such as America, Falling to Pieces and Golden Touch.
"After a 10-year hiatus, Johnny, Carl, Björn and Andy are back together in Razorlight," says a tweet from the band's official account.
"To celebrate we are hosting a one off streamed concert broadcast worldwide on June 2."
Andy Burrows often returns to the Winchester district to raise money for Naomi House and Jacksplace.
After a long stint with Razorlight, the drummer released three solo albums and also joined American band We Are Scientists between 2009 and 2014.
He has worked with Tom Smith from Editors and also co-wrote the soundtrack to The Snowman and The Snowdog with Ilan Eshkeri, which was nominated for a BAFTA Craft Award in April 2013.
Andy has also worked extensively with Tom Odell and even wrote his hit single Sirens.
