JUST six out of the 29 Southampton Covid clusters saw an decrease in cases in the latest seven-day data period.
Public Health England's interactive map shows that Aldermoor and Lordswood, Bassett Green, Itchen, Shirley South, and Weston recorded fewer Covid-19 cases in the week-to June 29 than the previous seven days.
The area of Maybush saw no change in new cases.
Clusters are shown when there are three or more new cases reported at any one time.
Anywhere with between zero and two cases are shown in white in order to "protect the privacy of individuals and prevent disclosure", the Government organisation states.
There were no areas of Southampton that recorded fewer than three cases in the week-to June 29.
The interactive map shows that in that same seven-day period, Southampton as a whole recorded 449 cases, up 155 cases or 52.7%. This left the city with an average infection rate of 117.8, or one case per 562 people.
In comparison to Hampshire, the area recorded 1,535 cases, up 791 cases or 106.3% in the same time period. It was left with an infection rate of 111.0, or one case per every 901 people. The Hampshire date does not include cases from Southampton or Portsmouth.
