ONE coronavirus death has been recorded in Hampshire after more than 20 days of no fatalities.
Data released by NHS England today has shown that on July 1, one patient at University Hospital Southampton died, bringing the Trust's total up to 484.
This is the first death in the county since June 8.
Since the start of the pandemic in March 2020, the total amount of coronavirus patients that have died in the county stands at 1,908.
No deaths have been recorded at the county's other Trusts.
Hampshire Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust stays at 439 deaths since the start of the pandemic.
Solent NHS Trust and Southern Health NHS Trust have also recorded 15 and 58 deaths respectively since the start of the pandemic.
Portsmouth Hospitals NHS Trust remains at 911 deaths.
