DANIEL GALLAGHER, Cashelard, Bally Shannon, Ireland. Pleaded guilty to assault by beating. Discharged conditionally for two years. Ordered to pay £22 victim surcharge and £310 court costs.

IAN DAVID MASTERS, 33, of Portswood Road, Southampton. Admitted breaching a post-sentence supervision requirement. Fined£40 and ordered to pay £60 court costs.

JACOB NATHAN LESLEY WILLOUGHBY, 21, of Albert Road, Southampton. Admitted breaching post-sentence supervision requirements on three separate occasions. Made subject to an electronically monitored curfew for 30 days between 7pm and 7am each day.

ANTHONY CHARLES LAMBERT, 58, of Burgess Road, Southampton. Found guilty of two counts of sexual assault. Community order made for two years to include a programme requirement of 27 days. Restraining order made for two years. Ordered to pay £500 compensation, £95 victim surcharge and £620 court costs. Must register as a sex offender for five years.

PATRICK JAMES MICHAEL CLOTHIER, 24, of Copinger Close, Totton. Found guilty of harassment. Committed to prison for 12 weeks. Restraining order made not to contact his victim for two years.

ANNA MARIE COOPER, 30, of Ashby Road, Totton. Pleaded guilty to three counts of shoplifting. Warrant for arrest issued.

DEBORAH NATASHA WHITING, 57, of Dickens Road, Bournemouth. Pleaded guilty to assault by beating. Remanded in custody. Sentencing adjourned for a live link hearing.

DOMINIC MARK CARTER, 37, of Nottingham Place, Lee-on-Solent. Pleaded guilty to ABH and criminal damage. Committed to Southampton Crown Court for sentencing.

SCOTT PIKE, 36, of Tappesfield Road, London. Pleaded guilty to drink driving. Remanded on unconditional bail. Adjourned for a pre-sentence report to be prepared.

NATHAN DEREK DONALDSON, 34, of Clifton Avenue, Ramsgate. Pleaded guilty to possessing an offensive weapon in a public place. Committed to prison for 16 weeks, suspended for 12 months. Alcohol abstinence requirement of 60 days. Must complete 12 rehabilitation activity days. Ordered to pay £128 victim surcharge and £85 court costs.

RAFAL JASTRZEBSKI, 34, of Trinity Street, Fareham. Pleaded guilty to harassment. Remanded on bail. Adjourned for a pre-sentence report to be prepared.

JASON EDWIN AVERY, 59, of High Street, Totton. Pleaded guilty to drink driving. Committed to prison for six weeks, suspended for 12 months. Subject to six months of alcohol treatment. Must complete ten rehabilitation activity days. Ordered ton pay £128 victim surcharge and £85 court costs. Disqualified from driving for 30 months.

ISSAC BANTON, Byegrove Road, Colliers Wood, London. Pleaded guilty to using threatening words or behaviour to cause harassment, alarm or distress. Remanded on unconditional bail. Adjourned for a pre-sentence report to be prepared.

MARCIN DYK, 27, of Stoneham Lane, Southampton. Pleaded guilty to drug driving. Fined £323 and disqualified for 12 months. Ordered to pay £34 victim surcharge and £85 costs.
