ALEXANDRE DOS SANTOS DE GOUVEIA, 44, of Argyle Road, Southampton. Found guilty of drink driving. Fined £600 and disqualified for four months. Ordered to pay £60 victim surcharge and £400 court costs.
JUSTIN PETER HARRIS, 44, of Derby Road, Southampton. Found guilty of exposure and using threatening words or behaviour to cause harassment, alarm or distress. Community order made until April next year to include ten rehabilitation activity days. Ordered to pay £95 victim surcharge and £100 court costs.
JAROSLAW FLORCZAK, 42, of Edelvale Road, Southampton. Pleaded guilty to drug driving. Fined £150 and disqualified for 36 months. Ordered to pay £34 victim surcharge and £50 court costs.
LEWIS DAVID JOYCE, 31, of Somerset Terrace, Southampton. Pleaded guilty to possessing a class A drug. Fined £133. Ordered to pay £34 victim surcharge and £50 court costs.
ABU SAYED MUHAMMED- MAHDI, 31, of Northbrook Road, Southampton. Found guilty under the single justice procedure of speeding and driving without insurance. Sentencing adjourned to consider mitigating circumstances.
FELIX HARPER, 22, of Pledgedon Gree, Bishop’s Stortford. Pleaded guilty to two counts of assault by beating. Discharged conditionally for 24 months. Restraining order made for one year. Ordered to pay £250 compensation, £450 court costs and £22 victim surcharge.
WALTER ALICK CHIVUCHI, 47, of Botley Road, Fair Oak. Pleaded guilty to driving while disqualified and without insurance. Community order made until January 2023 to include eight rehabilitation activity days and 200 hours of unpaid work. Ordered to pay £95 victim surcharge and £50 court costs. Driving recorded endorsed with six points.
JOHN JOSEPH SHANNON, 55, of The Wicket, Hythe. Pleaded guilty to drink driving. Disqualified for 12 months and fined £80. Ordered to pay £34 victim surcharge and £50 court costs.
DURIM KOLOSHI, 34, of Biscot Road, Luton. Pleaded guilty to assaulting an emergency worker and possessing a class B drug. Community order made for 12 months to include 80 hours of unpaid work. Ordered to pay £50 compensation, £95 victim surcharge and £85 court costs.
BENN JOHN MILGATE, 36, of Archers Road, Southampton. Pleaded guilty to two counts of possessing a class A drug. Fined £40. Ordered to pay £34 victim surcharge and £40 court costs.
ARCHIE PEARCE, 20, of Priory Road, Southampton. Pleaded guilty to drink driving. Fined £240 and disqualified for 20 months. Ordered to pay £34 victim surcharge and £85 court costs.
JACK DARREN PHILLIP COLLIER, 25, of Canberra Tower, Kingsclere Avenue, Southampton. Found guilty of threatening behaviour. Community order, £620 costs, £95 victim services surcharge.
STEPHEN CHANNON, 62, of The Bramblings, Totton. Pleaded guilty to assault. Committed to prison for 12 weeks, suspended for 18 months, restraining order, £400 compensation, £400 costs.
KINI WILLIAM HAILSTONE, 26, of no fixed address. Pleaded guilty to entering Royal South Hants Hospital with intent to steal. Committed to prison for 18 weeks, told to pay £128 victim services surcharge.
ROBERT LESLIE PONSFORD, 64, of Vellan Court, Southampton. Pleaded guilty to criminal damage. Community order, £85 costs, £95 victim services surcharge.
ADRIAN OBARSKI, 28, of Copeland Road, Southampton. Pleaded guilty to possessing cannabis. Fined £100. Also pleaded guilty to possessing amphetamine. Fined £100. Also pleaded guilty to possessing bladed article. Committed to prison for 12 weeks, suspended for 12 months, £85 costs, £128 victim services surcharge.
PAUL RICHARD ALLEN, 46, of Reed Drive, Marchwood. Found guilty of drink-driving. Disqualified from driving for 22 months, told to pay £620 costs and £86 victim services surcharge. Also found guilty of failing to report an accident. Fined £864.
