AN OVERTURNED vehicle is causing traffic to build up in Winchester.
The incident has blocked one lane on the entry slip road for Junction 9, Winnall, off the M3.
Hampshire County Council's travel information service ROMANSE says delays are building on the roundabout.
Delays are estimated to be around 15 minutes for those looking to get onto the A34.
It is not currently known how long the lane will remain closed for.
