WOW! We'd almost forgotten about some of these!
These are some of the hundreds of stores that once lined our high streets and were the destination for many of us as we went to go shopping
Included are images not just in and around the city centre, but from Shirley, Bitterne, Portswood and Woolston.
Plenty of us will have happy memories of these places - whether it was cutting through Owen Owen, carefully choosing a pick-and-mix at Woolworth or checking out the sports gear in Plummers.
Some of the shops pictured may be slightly off the beaten track of the high street, but they'll no doubt spark memories of times spent there.
