MARCIN GUTMANSKI, 35, of Mayfield Road, Southampton. Pleaded guilty to criminal damage and found guilty of assaulting an emergency worker by beating. Remanded on bail. Case adjourned for a pre-sentence report to be prepared.
PAUL ROGER JEFFERY, 75, of Bramshaw, Lyndhurst. Proved guilty in absence of criminal damage. Remanded on unconditional bail. Case adjourned for the defendant to attend.
LEE COBB, 53, of Ringwood Road, Woodlands. Found guilty of criminal damage, using threatening words or behaviour to cause harassment, alarm or distress, and harassment. Pleaded guilty to a single count of harassment. Committed to prison for 22 weeks.
AURELIUSZ WOLSKO, 29, of Anglesea Road, Southampton. Admitted breaching a community order by failing to attend office visits with his case manager. Also, pleaded guilty to assault by beating and assaulting a police officer by beating. Community order revoked. Committed to prison for 12 weeks, suspended for 12 months. Subject to a six month electronically monitored curfew between 8pm and 8am each day. Ordered to carry out 200 hours of unpaid work. Must pay £200 compensation, £122 victim surcharge and £85 court costs.
MITCHELL COOPER, 35, of Hillyfields, Nursling. Pleaded guilty to drug driving. Remanded on unconditional bail. Case adjourned for a pre-sentence report to be prepared.
YASSEMIN CHIRITA, 24, of Avenue Road, Southampton. Proved guilty of five counts of driving without insurance. Warrant for arrest without bail issued.
TIMOTHY MEW, 58, of Durley Street, Durley. Found guilty of assault by beating. Remanded on unconditional bail. Case adjourned for a pre-sentence report to be prepared.
BETHANY LORRAINE FEE, 24, of Studland Road, Southampton. Pleaded guilty to using threatening words or behaviour to cause harassment, alarm or distress, and threatening violence for the purpose of securing entry into premises. Remanded on bail. Case adjourned for a pre-sentence report to be prepared.
LEWIS ROBERT LAWLER, 20, of Crusader Road, Hedge End. Pleaded guilty to drink driving, driving otherwise in accordance with a licence or insurance. Fined £300 and disqualified for 17 months. Ordered to pay £34 victim surcharge and £85 court costs.
RAFAL JASTRZEBSKI, 34, of HMP Lewes. Pleaded guilty to harassment. Committed to prison for 18 weeks. Offence so serious because nature of the offence, persistent harassment. Restraining order not to contact his victim for five years. Ordered to pay £128 victim surcharge and £85 court costs.
MICHAEL DAVID SMALL, 38, of Millbrook Road East, Southampton. Pleaded guilty to assault by beating and criminal damage. Remanded on bail. Case adjourned for a case management hearing.
