A CAR has been found torched on a beach near to Southampton this morning.
Witnesses said the car was spotted completely burnt out at around 8am.
Fire damage is also said to be visible on the tree next to the wreckage, and the surrounding grass.
As well as this, benches have been damaged with photos sent to the Echo showing one having been pulled apart.
Firefighters attended the incident at 2.45am and used buckets of water to extinguish the blaze.
Police said that were made aware of the incident by fire crews but they are treating it as non suspicious.
Fire crews left the scene at 3.40am.
