A SOUTHAMPTON pub has been forced to close after a number of isolation's.
The Scholars Arms, owned by Greene King, posted on Facebook this week that it would be closed until August 19.
The post explains that this is due to "a number of isolation" at the pub on Above Bar Street.
This comes as other businesses were forced to close for similar reasons in the past month including The Edge, Revolucion de Cuba, The Station Pub, and Five Rivers.
The Facebook post adds: "We can’t wait to be back but watch this space for loads of upcoming events to be posted shortly
"Thank you for your understanding and we can’t wait to welcome you back! Team Scholars."
