CCTV images have been released after a man suffered a head injury during an attack in Southampton.
Police investigating an assault which took place in Bedford Place around 11pm on Tuesday, August 3, have released images of two men they would like to speak to.
It was reported that a man had been approached by two men unknown to him, who then assaulted him.
The victim, a man in his 30s, had suffered a head injury.
The men are described as being white, between 20 and 30 years old, around 5ft 10 ins tall and of medium build. One has black hair, while the other has blonde hair.
One of the men is described as wearing a green jacket, black t-shirt and blue jeans. The other a black jumper with a white strip across the front and black trousers.
A spokesperson from the Force said: "If you recognise the men or have any information which can assist our enquiries, please call 101, quoting 44210308682.
"Alternatively, you can call Crimestoppers anonymously on 0800 555 111."
