An application has been made by a Southampton homeowner to convert a shed on their property to be used to house a dog grooming business.
The existing shed is located at the bottom of the home's garden on Warren Avenue in Shirley.
If approved, the conversion will include replacement of the existing roof to a rubber flat roof with guttering into a water butt.
Double glazed windows will also be converted into tinted glass doors and it is planned that soundproofing will also be added.
The application was validated on August 9 and is still awaiting a decision.
