JAKE KNIGHT, 37, of Twyord Road, Boyatt Wood. Admitted breaching a community order by failing to attend an unpaid work induction. Community order revoked and ordered to pay £60 court costs.

FRANKLIN ANTHONY WHITE, 52, of Canute Road, Southampton. Pleaded guilty to failing to provide a specimen. Disqualified for 36 months and fined £200. Ordered to pay £200 court costs and £34 victim surcharge.

WILLIAM PAUL GREGORY, 35, of Crown Quay Lane, Sittingbourne. Found guilty of harassment. Case dealt with by North Kent Magistrates’ Court.

GARY BAILEY, 48, of Howards Grove, Southampton. Proved guilty in absence of three counts of shoplifting. Discharged conditionally for two years. Ordered to pay £635 in compensation and £21 victim surcharge. Court order made not to enter Peacocks store in Shirley High Street for two years.

JASON CHARLES FREEBORN, 37, of Robin Grove, New Milton. Pleaded guilty to drink driving. Fined £90 and disqualified for 12 months. Ordered to pay £32 victim surcharge and £150 court costs.

MARK HENRY RIMMER, 40, of High Street, Lymington. Pleaded guilty to two counts of drug driving and a single count of failing to stop on being required to do so by a constable in uniform. Fined £288 and disqualified for 12 months. Ordered to pay £34 victim surcharge and £85 court costs.

THOMAS NATHAN AMOS, 35, of no fixed address. Pleaded guilty to theft, assault and three counts of shoplifting. Committed to prison for 18-weeks.

PAUL ROGER JEFFERY, 75 of Ashdown Cottage, Bramshaw. Proved guilty in absence of criminal damage. Fined £620. Ordered to pay £298 compensation and £34 victim surcharge.

GARETH MORRIS, 41, of High Street, Fortuneswell. Found guilty of assault by beating. Fined £200. Ordered to pay £400 compensation, £600 court costs and £40 victim surcharge.

TRISTAN SPENCER, 29, of Wordsworth Road, Southampton. Pleaded guilty to persistently making use of public electronic communications network for the purpose of causing annoyance, inconvenience or needless anxiety to another. Remanded on unconditional bail. Case adjourned for a pre-sentence report to be prepared.

HUBERT RADOSLAW SZCZOTK, 26, of Highfield Lane, Southampton. Pleaded guilty two counts of possessing a class B drug, a single count of possessing a class A drug, and fraudulently altering a registration mark. Remanded on unconditional bail. Case adjourned for a pre-sentence report to be prepared.

CHRISTOPHER JOHN CLARK, 45, of Coxford Road, Southampton. Pleaded guilty to assault. Remanded on bail. Case adjourned for a pre-sentence report to be prepared. Exclusion order made not to enter St Martins Close, Southampton.
