A MAN has been banned from a Southampton road after being given a court order to tackle domestic violence.
Peter Gordon has been handed a domestic violence protection order.
It means that for the next 28 days he must not enter Condor Close.
The 44-year-old of Blackthorn Road, Southampton, must not contact the woman the order protects during this time.
He is prohibited from harassing or threatening her in any way.
The order was served by Hampshire Constabulary and granted by Portsmouth Magistrates' Court.
It lasts until midnight on September 14.
