FLORIN RADU, 35, of Belton Road, Tottenham. Proved guilty in absence of driving without insurance. Case adjourned until September 10 to consider a disqualification from driving.

KURT SYLVESTER COLLINS, 32, of Townsend Close, Wellingborough. Pleaded guilty to using threatening words or behaviour to cause harassment, alarm or distress. Fined £240 and ordered to pay £32 victim surcharge.

DARREN WHITCHER, 49, of Heather Road, Fawley. Pleaded guilty to drink driving and assaulting a police constable in the execution of her duty. Community order made for 12 months to include 19 rehabilitation days. Fined £120 and disqualified for 12 months. Ordered to pay £400 court costs.

DARREN WILSHAW, 45, of no fixed address. Pleaded guilty to driving while unfit through drugs, driving without insurance and otherwise than accordance with a licence. Warrant for arrest without bail.

GAVIN VARTY, 34, of Windsor Lane, Bournemouth. Pleaded guilty to four counts of theft and admitted to two breaches of a suspended sentence order. Ordered to pay £821.63 in costs and fees. Jailed for 12 weeks.

SASAN RABAT, 23, of no fixed address. Pleaded guilty to burglary and admitted breaching a conditional discharge order. Community order made for 12 months to include 30 rehabilitation activity days. Ordered to pay £95 victim surcharge and £50 court costs.

JAMES FREDERICK STOCKWELL, 27, of Irving Road, Southampton. Pleaded guilty to possessing an offensive weapon in a public place, and importing a prohibited weapon with intent to evade the prohibition. Community order made for 12 months to include 15 rehabilitation activity days. Fined £50. Ordered to pay £95 victim surcharge and £50 court costs.

CONNOR STUART ANDERSON, The Polygon, Southampton. Admitted to breaching a community order on two occasions. Community order revoked.

MICHAEL DAVID KIESER, 37, of Viney Avenue, Romsey. Admitted breaching a community order. Remanded on unconditional bail. Case adjourned for a pre-sentence report to be prepared.
