EMERGENCY services were called yesterday to a bush fire in the New Forest.
At 4.32pm, firefighters from Hardley rushed to the blaze which had broken out in a gorse bush in Fawley Inclosure.
The fire was extinguished using two hose reels and a thermal imaging camera.
Firefighters now say the cause of the blaze is "doubtful" though and have passed on information to Hampshire Police.
Anyone who has information on the incident is being asked to call 101.
