A SOUTHAMPTON youth has called 999 to report a "fake fire" and "ask for a sandwich".
Hampshire and Isle of Wight Fire and Rescue Service have taken to Twitter today to vent their anger after two prank calls from "a youth in Harefield".
We had a 2 calls from a youth in Harefield, Southampton earlier #1 Asking for a sandwich #2 Reporting a fire in Weston (very good eyesight there ! 👀) We have your mobile number & location - If there is a call #3 We can have your mobile disconnected #notbignotclever

The Tweet explains that two calls were made from a mobile earlier today to "ask for a sandwich" and "report a fire in Weston" - despite the call coming from the Harefield area.
The Tweet reads: "We had a two calls from a youth in Harefield, Southampton earlier #1 Asking for a sandwich #2 Reporting a fire in Weston (very good eyesight there!).
"We have your mobile number & location - If there is a call #3 We can have your mobile disconnected"
