WITH Southampton's first Criterium having taken place yesterday, some may be looking to get outside on their bikes once again this weekend.

A range of cycle routes are on offer to residents and visitors to the area, of all cycling skill levels.

From short one hour bursts to almost day-long rides, there is something for every type of rider.

This is why the Echo has put together a list of five of our favourite cycle routes in the New Forest.
