AN INVESTIGATION is underway after a fire at a Southampton ferry terminal last night.
Fire crews were called to the Red Funnell terminal on Town Quay in the early hours of the morning to reports that a ground floor office building was on fire.
Crews from St Mary’s, Redbridge, Hightown and Eastleigh responded to the reports at 2:11am.
The fire was extinguished using four sets of breathing apparatus, one hose reel and ventilation fans.
Crews left at 3:28am with Fire Investigation officers set to attend the scene this morning.
