MICHAEL EDWARD SMITH, 33, of Denbigh Close, Totton. Pleaded guilty to persistently making use of a public electronic communications network for the purpose of causing annoyance, inconvenience or needless anxiety to another. Released on bail. Case adjourned for a pre-sentence report to be prepared.

ROBERT MCCALL, 53, of Green Lane, Hamble. Pleaded guilty to driving while disqualified, without insurance and using a vehicle which was unlicensed. Released on unconditional bail. Case adjourned for a pre-sentence report to be prepared.

LAURA APRIL KING, 30, of Kilnyard Close, Totton. Proved guilty in absence of assault by beating. Released on bail until September 29. Case adjourned for a pre-sentence report to be prepared. Conditions imposed to live and sleep each night at her home address.

DEAN EDMOND YOUNG, 47, of The Hundred, Romsey. Found guilty of harassment. Also, pleaded guilty to a count of harassment. Released on unconditional bail. Case adjourned for a psychiatric report and pre-sentence report to be prepared.

RUSSELL WILLIAM DESAY, 50, of Bondfields Crescent, Havant. Pleaded guilty to the possession of 0.7g of cocaine. Fined £600. Also ordered to pay victim surcharge of £60 and court costs of £85.

LOUIS LORDAN, 29, of Bitterne Road West, Southampton. Pleaded guilty to harassment. Released on bail until September 29.

CHARLOTTE CLARK, 25, of Gatcombe, Netley. Pleaded guilty to drink driving. Disqualified for 23-months. Ordered to pay £85 court costs and £95 victim surcharge. Must complete 100 hours of unpaid work.

ROBERT WHITNEY, 54, of Duncan Court, Southampton. Pleaded guilty to drink driving. Released on bail until September 28 and made the subject of an interim disqualification.

PAL SINGH, 52, of Adelaide Road, Southall. Pleaded guilty to failing to provide a specimen. Ordered to pay £85 court costs, £95 victim surcharge . Given a 12-month community order to include 250 hours of unpaid work. Disqualified for 28-months.

SAMANTHA KING, 50, of Millbrook Road West, Southampton. Pleaded guilty to shoplifting. Made the subject of a 12-month conditional discharge. Ordered to pay £85 court costs and a £22 victim surcharge.

JACK ROBERT BECKETT, 35, of no fixed address. Pleaded guilty to assault by beating and convicted of an offence while subject to a community order. Committed to prison for 19-weeks and handed a two-year restraining order. Ordered to pay £128 victim surcharge and £85 court costs.
