Police called to scene of incident in Southampton city centre
POLICE officers are on the scene of an incident in Above Bar Street this morning.
Two police vehicles were parked outside the O'Neill's bar at around 10am today.
Around eight officers have been carrying out investigations.
Two men have been taken away in a police van.
Races for the Sporterium cycling event have been delayed for around 15 minutes due to safety measures, according to organiser Chris Rees.
