Darryl ROBERT CARTWRIGHT, 36, of Blakeney Road, Southampton. Pleaded guilty to breaching a restraining order. Discharged conditionally for 12 months. Ordered to pay £200 court costs and £22 victim surcharge.

SIMPLY FLOWER LTD, of Leigham Vale Road, Bournemouth. Provided guilty in absence of failing to give information relating to the identification of a driver. Fined £1,000. Ordered to pay £100 victim surcharge and £250 court costs.

RAFHAEL GOMES AGUIAR, 36, of Cobbett Road, Southampton. Proved guilty under the single justice procedure of failing to five information relating to the identification of the driver of an Audi A3. Disqualified from driving for 12-months and fined £660. Ordered to pay £190 victim surcharge and £85 court costs.

GLEN MICHAEL DOLAN, 38, of Avon Terrace, Salisbury. Pleaded guilty to shoplifting. Committed to prison for eight weeks. Ordered to pay £50 compensation.

JENNIFER ROSE TODD, 31, of Nicholas Court, Salisbury. Pleaded guilty to shoplifting and failing to surrender to custody. Committed to prison for eight weeks. Ordered to pay £50 compensation.

LEWIS SINAGOGA, 20, of Pevensey Close, Southampton. Pleaded guilty to drink driving. Community order made for 12-months to include 170 hours of unpaid work. Disqualified for 25-months. ordered to pay £95 victim surcharge and £85 court costs.

PAUL HAYDON BAIRSTOW, 24, of Randolph Street, Southampton. Pleaded guilty to using threatening words or behaviour to cause harassment, alarm or distress, driving without insurance and otherwise than in accordance with a licence. Community order made until March 2023 Must complete 25 rehabilitation activity days. Disqualified from driving for six-months. Ordered to pay £100 court costs an £95 victim surcharge.

LISA HEMY, 41, of Northam Road, Southampton. Admitted breaching the requirements of a community order by failing to attend planned office appointments. Community order varied. Defendant must attend 13 rehabilitation activity days by May 10 next year.
