A MAN charged in connection with a drug-dealing offence must pay almost £400 in costs and fines.
Daniel Whittaker was charged with being concerned in the supply of cannabis.
The 20-year-old of Magnolia Walk, Romsey, pleaded guilty to the offence which happened between February and May last year in Portsmouth.
Appearing before Portsmouth Magistrates' Court he was fined £200 and ordered to pay a £95 victim surcharge as well as £85 in court costs.
Whittaker must also go to an attendance centre for 32 hours as part of a 12-month community order.
