FAMILY and friends of a Southampton woman last seen almost two years ago have paid tribute to her memory.
“Forever in our hearts you’ll stay. We will love you and remember you every single day,” was the message stamped on balloons for Joanne Sheen.

Little Jo – as she is known to those close to her – was last seen catching a train to Southampton from Fareham in December 2019.
On Saturday, her daughters, Hayley and Layla, led a procession of around 30 people from the White Swan off Mansbridge Road to nearby Riverside Park.
They released balloons and cast flowers into the River Itchen to show they “are still thinking of her and she is still in their hearts”.
Layla, 23, said: “She’s not been forgotten about. There’s loads of people that love her.
“The response that we’ve had from friends and family has been quite overwhelming because there are a lot of people just like us that are confused and don’t know where she’s gone.

“It’s crazy that she’s not here with us right now and there’s no explanation as to why.
“But everyone was really keen to get involved. it’s been such a good turn out all of her friends and her family.”
Jo was reported missing in February 2020.
That August, police combed an area around Empress Road and scoured the banks of the Itchen.
And then last November, five men were arrested on suspicion of conspiracy to murder.
However, they have all been released from custody with police enquiries ongoing.
Still nothing has been heard from Jo.
Her daughters have urged anyone with information that could help police with their investigation to call 101 quoting Operation Blackboard or the reference number 44200068330.
