THE SAINTS Foundation is set to head out on a 5km walk to mark 135 years of Southampton FC.
The official charity of Saints will be hosting the 'We March Together' walk on October 9 at 1pm from Southampton Common.
The event will travel from the Common on a 5km route through the city, marshalled by Saints foundation staff and volunteers to follow the route of the clubs history over the past 20 years.
The walk will stop at the site of the Dell to reminisce on the 20 years away from the former ground, then it will move down, through the city centre parks to St Mary's Church.
Here walkers will be given the opportunity to light a candle in memory of loved ones, with memorabilia from the club's 135 year history on show at the spot where it began in 1885.
The walk will finish at St Mary's, where events and activities will take place as well as food and drinks on offer.
It costs £10 to enter the walk which can be signed up for here.
