ONE of the country's biggest car dealer groups has rewarded its customers with a £10,000 surprise.
Eden Motor Group, which has 31 sites across the West and South of England, has given back to some of its customers.
The car dealer chose people from a list of those who had bought a new or used car to win a prize in its September VIP event.
Having given over £30,000 back to its customers in competitions and promotions this year, the family run business had a shock in store for buyer, Gerald Swallow when he turned up to collect his new three-year-old Vauxhall Astra.
Upon arriving, Mr Swallow and his wife were presented with a cheque for £10,000 by General Manager, Robin Fielder, and Sales Executive, Mike Stone.
The incentive is just one of several community-led initiatives led by Eden, which owns the Vauxhall dealership at Speedfields Park, Fareham.
Eden’s Chief Executive, Graeme Potts, said: “We take a great amount of pleasure in thanking and rewarding our customers for their business and are thrilled to have been able to present Mr and Mrs Swallow with their £10,000 prize, which they were absolutely bowled over by.
"We do this every year as way of not only engaging with our customers during our VIP weekends, but also out of a desire to give something back to the communities that support our business.”
Eden represents seven car brands: Vauxhall, Hyundai, Mazda, Peugeot, MG, Fiat and Suzuki.
