SEVERAL sets of traffic lights are not working at a busy M27 junction.
Drivers are urged to approach Junction 7, Hedge End, with caution in both directions.
Signals are out and traffic is building.
The issue has persisted for more than 24 hours so far, according to Hampshire County Council's live traffic system ROMANSE.
It says the company responsible for the system has been alerted on more than one occasion.
