OLIVER JOVANOVIC, 29, of Windham Road, Bournemouth. Found guilty of failing to give information relating to the identification of the driver. Ordered to pay £300 court costs and £45 victim surcharge. Fined £450 and disqualified for six months.
PAUL OSBORN, 66, of Bramley Gardens, Horton Heath. Pleaded guilty to drink driving. Ordered to pay £620 court costs and £50 victim surcharge. Fined £500 and disqualified for 12 months.
LEE HUTCHISON, 32, of Main Road, Dibden. Pleaded guilty to harassment without violence. Released on bail until January 14 and case adjourned for a pre-sentence report to be prepared.
PAUL STANTON, 43, of Varna Road, Southampton. Pleaded guilty to assault by beating. Ordered to pay £34 victim surcharge. Fined £120 and ordered to pay £50 compensation.
ELLIOT JAMES FELMINGHAM, 35, of Millbrook Road West, Southampton. Pleaded guilty to theft and failing to surrender to custody. Discharged conditionally for 12 months and fined £50. Ordered to pay £34 victim surcharge.
ANDREW BRIAN BELL, 39, of St Contest Way, Marchwood. Found guilty of going equipped for theft. Released on bail and case adjourned until January 21 for the defendant to attend.
LUISITO JOAQUIN GONZALEZ, 40, of Kenilworth Road, Basingstoke. Pleaded guilty to theft by beating. Released on bail and case adjourned until January 26 for the defendant to attend.
CONNOR BUDDEN, 30, of Glenferness Avenue, Bournemouth. Pleaded guilty of failing to provide a specimen. Fined £330 and driving record endorsed with ten points. Ordered to pay £300 court costs and £34 victim surcharge.
DANIEL PAUL SLACK, 29, of HMP Lewes. Pleaded guilty to criminal damage and two counts of assault by beating. Jailed for 16 weeks.
EMILIA MARCINEK, 29, of Proctor Close, Southampton. Found guilty of assault by beating. Released on bail and case adjourned until January 19 for a pre-sentence report to be prepared.
WILLIAM GEORGE MCKINLEY, 31, of Felton Close, Netley Abbey. Pleaded guilty to sending text and voice messaged which conveyed a threat for the purpose of causing distress or anxiety. Community order made for 12 months to include up to 25 rehabilitation activity days and 60 hours of unpaid work. Restraining order made not to contact his victim for 12 months. Ordered to pay £85 court costs and £95 victim surcharge.
ROBERT WAINWRIGHT, 76, of Dark Lane, Blackfield. Pleaded guilty to speeding and driving a motor vehicle on a road after refusal of grant/revocation of driving licence on account of disability. Ordered to pay £85 court costs and £42 victim surcharge. Fined £415 and disqualified for 28 days.
BRYAN ROOK, 58, of Mill Road, Totton. Pleaded guilty to drink driving. Released on bail until January 26 and case adjourned until January 26 for a pre-sentence report to be prepared.
BRADLEY WELLS, 25, of Winston Way, Ringwood. Pleaded guilty to burglary. Released on bail and case adjourned until January 26 for sentencing.
