ANDRIUS PABREZA, 42, of Corner Road, Southampton. Pleaded guilty to assault by beating. Remanded in custody - Next hearing in magistrates’ court.
VICTORIA OLIVER, 42, of Melchet Road, Southampton Pleaded guilty to two count of using, with intent to cause staff and members of public, harassment, alarm or distress ,used threatening, abusive or insulting words or behaviour or disorderly behaviour, thereby causing that person or another harassment, alarm or distress. Remand unconditional bail - Next hearing in magistrates’ court on February 16.
NATHAN BRYAN JONES, 28, of Whitefield Road, New Milton. Pleaded not guilty but was found guilty of drug driving. Disqualified from driving for 14 months and fined £800. Also ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £80 and court costs of £620.
ANDREW WILLIAM NIGEL CHARGE, 40, of Andromeda Road, Southampton. Pleaded guilty to on count theft and one count of fraud. Must carry out 100 hours of unpaid work within the next 12 months and ordered to pay compensation of £250. Also ordered to pay victim surcharge of £95 and court costs of £85.
JAMES ANDREW MARLAND, 38, of no fixed address. Pleaded guilty to three counts of assaulting an emergency worker by beating and two counts of using threatening and abusive language in Southampton. Committed to prison for a total of 38 weeks and fined compensation of £375.
LEE MACKEY, 48, Goodwin Close, Southampton. Pleaded guilty to one count of taking a motor vehicle without consent and one count of theft. Put on curfew by electronic monitoring for eight weeks banning him from leaving is address between 8pm and 6am, and ordered to pay compensation of £150.
ROBERT MUSGROVE, 49, of Birch Close, Southampton. Pleaded guilty to one count of with intent to cause harassment or distress used racially abusive word and language. Pleaded not guilty but was found guilty of assault by beating. Fined a total of £750
JUSTIN BYLES, 47, of Lodge Road, Southampton. Pleaded guilty to drink driving. Disqualified from driving for 26 months and fined £100.
