Firefighters tackle kitchen incident in Winchester
FIREFIGHTERS are tackling an incident at a house in Winchester.
Two crews were sent to a property in Stanmore last night.
A fire service spokesman said: "Winchester and Eastleigh crews were called out at 5.14pm to a property on Fox Lane where it was reported to the HIWFRS Control Room that smoke was issuing from underneath the kitchen hob.
"Crews are currently on the scene."
No further details were available.
