AS the Odeon cinema, Leisure World, prepares to screen its last film on Sunday, February 27, the Echo looks at images of the picture house from the past.
Leisure World is also expected to finally close its main doors, as Odeon is the last firm still standing in the quayside complex.

It was billed as the biggest pleasure complex of its kind in western Europe.
Leisure World opened to much fanfare in August 1997 and boasted a cinema, Jumpin Jaks live music bar, bowling alley, and two nightclubs.
After almost 25 years the complex is due to close to make way for 650 new homes, two hotels, serviced hotel apartments, a cinema and a casino.
