TWO men have been arrested after a police chase through Eastleigh town centre.
Pictures shared online by police show the Mercedes after it was eventually stopped on Wide Lane.
It came after reports were made of a stolen dumper truck from a site on Stanbridge lane at around 7.30 pm on Tuesday.
A black Mercedes had been seen acting suspiciously on CCTV at the site earlier that day.
Then, at around 1.20 pm yesterday, the vehicle was spotted by several cameras on Rownhams Lane and later on cameras in Chandler's Ford and Eastleigh.

Police tracked down the car in Fair Oak but the driver failed to stop.
A pursuit ensued, heading through Eastleigh Town Centre before the car was stopped using "specialist tactics".
Now two men have been arrested.

A 35-year-old man from Southampton was arrested on suspicion of theft of a motor vehicle, driving whilst disqualified and dangerous driving.
And a 22-year-old man, also from Southampton, was arrested on suspicion of theft of a motor vehicle and possession of a Class B drug.
Both remain in custody at this time.
