These incidents were reported on May 6 in 2020 and May 29 in 2020.

It is alleged that he failed to follow national guidance on Community Resolutions, created false and misleading records in relation to these incidents and acted dishonestly when discussing the investigation with superior officers.

It is said that his conduct would discredit the police service and/or undermine public confidence in it.

A hearing into the allegations is due to last five days.
