Bunnies aren’t just for Easter and to prove it we have found some cute little cotton tails you’re going to find it hard to resist.
These are just some of the rabbits currently being cared for at the Blue Cross in Southampton who are looking for forever homes.
If you are unable to adopt an animal from them right now, you could consider making a donation instead.
But, if you are looking to add a long-eared, fluffy friend into your home, perhaps one of these could make the perfect match.

Jed
Breed: Lop
Colour: Black
Age: 1 year, 5 months
Jed is a friendly lop who is looking for his first ever girlfriend!
He has never lived with another rabbit before, so is looking for a new owner who has experience with bonding rabbits.
He is used to living with older children and liked them to sit with him and give him gentle strokes while he was fed. He also lived with a couple of very calm small dogs.
Jed loves to have free roam indoors and, in the summer, has access to a hutch with a run attached, so will need a hutch at least 6ft X 2ft X 2ft and a run of at least 8ft X 6ft X 3ft.

Holmes and Watson
Breed: English Spot
Colour: Brown and white
Age: 11 months
A pair of sweet, friendly boys who are looking for a new home together.
They enjoy a few strokes when they are in the mood and are generally very curious. They really enjoy running through tunnels and boxes, but we tend to stay close to a safe area they can retreat to if necessary.
The duo are currently living as indoor rabbits but could acclimatise to living outside now it is getting warmer. Either way they will need spacious accommodation to stretch their legs.
Holmes and Watson may be able to live with school age children as long as they are calm and sensible around them, especially as they learn all about their new surroundings.

Godfrey and Willow
Breed: Lop
Colour: Brown and white and tricolour
Age: 1 years 1 months
Godfrey and Willow are a bonded pair of buns on the lookout for a new home together.
They would love a home where they can run about and explore - the more space the better!
They are friendly but would need a home where their new owners will be patient while they find their feet.
They are currently living outdoors but are happy to live indoors too and the option of both, especially in the very cold months of the year, would be ideal.
The Blue Cross minimum hutch size requirements for the rabbits they rehome is 6 feet long x 2 feet wide x 2 feet high, with a large run attached, or the equivalent for an indoor set up.
