A busy Southampton road was closed in both directions following a crash between a car and a motorbike.
Police were called to Bassett Avenue after a white Nissan collided with a black Kawasaki motorbike just before 2.20pm.
The crash took place at the junction of Bassett Crescent East and Bassett Crescent West.
The rider, a man in his 30s, suffered minor injuries and was treated by paramedics.
The road was closed in both directions between the junction with Winchester Road and Burgess Road as emergency services dealt with the incident.
It has now reopened.
