A HOUSE in Chandler's Ford has been left with significant damage following a fire.
The blaze at the Brownhill Road home broke out yesterday at around 3.30pm.
Six fire engines were called out to tackle the flames on the roof and first floor.
Luckily they did not spread anywhere else.
Firefighters put out the flames in little over half an hour, using jets and an aerial ladder.
However, Hampshire and Isle of Wight Fire and Rescue Service says the whole house suffered fire and water damage.

The occupants evacuated the house when the fire broke out.
Speaking at the scene, area manager, Dean Haward, urged sunseekers to enjoy the sun safely.
He also asked people to make sure their fire alarms are working and be careful with barbecues left out in the open.
The stop message was received just after 6.30pm.
The incident was then scaled down and a reinspection is set to take place tonight.
