RESCUE teams were called to help a person after they suffered a fall on a Hampshire beach.
Hill Head Coastguard Rescue was called out on Monday after reports of the person falling at Brownwich Beach in Titchfield.
Coastguard officers provided the injured person with care before carrying them a long distance on a stretcher in "extreme heat".

They were then passed into the care of South Central Ambulance Service.
In a post on social media, a spokesperson for the rescue team said: "Team tasked to provide medical assistance to a person following a fall at Brownwich beach.
"Coastguard officers packaged the casualty and after a long carry, was transferred into the care of South Central Ambulance Service NHS Foundation Trust."
