THREE girls have been left injured after a ‘hit-and-run’ incident on a busy city road.
A ten-year-old girl was rushed to hospital with a serious leg injury following a crash in Onslow Road at around 4.40pm on Monday.
The two other girls, aged 11 and 12, also suffered minor injuries.

Police say that the rider of a large white sports-style motorbike who had been travelling towards the city centre failed to stop.
He is believed to be wearing a black crash helmet, a t-shirt and shorts and carrying a rucksack on his back.
He reportedly rode off in the direction of Mount Pleasant Road while in convoy with a large black, sports-style motorcycle.

The rider of this bike had a white crash helmet on and was also wearing a t-shirt and shorts.
Police are now appealing for any witnesses to come forward.
PC Peter Piotrowski, said: “I am appealing for anyone who witnessed the collision to come forward and speak to us.
“I would also like to hear from anyone who may have CCTV or dashcam footage of the incident, or who may have captured the motorcycle being ridden along Portswood Road just prior to the collision.”
