LARGE plumes of smoke can be seen across Hampshire as emergency services tackle an 'out of control' fire.
Fire crews are currently tackling a blaze in a field in Silkstead Lane in Hursley.
The blaze was caused by the burning of 50 acres of cut stubble which quickly 'got out of control', according to the fire service.
Over 40 calls were received by the service about this incident.
Firefighters from Eastleigh are currently on the scene.

This comes after a number of wildfires across Hampshire which resulted in the devastation of wildlife.
On Friday, flames engulfed Peartree Green in Southampton and firefighters battled the burn for a number of hours.
Fields of Testwood Lane in Totton were the next victim of a devastating fire - which is believed to have been caused deliberately.
