AN EMPTY shop in Southampton could soon be turned into a coffee shop.
Included in the plans is also an application for the business to act as a wine bar.
Edison Green has submitted plans to place signage over former hair salon, The White Rooms, on High Street.
It comes as their lease at the Oxford Street office is coming to an end.
The real estate agent has also proposed to Southampton City Council to transform the ground floor of the building into an office space.
The owner hopes the site will help improve footfall in the area.
If approved, the shop will host indoor live music performances and will also play recorded music.
The business aims to be open from Monday to Sunday from 8am until midnight.
Edison Green Estate Agents was founded in 2019 by a Southampton-born and bred family.
