EMERGENCY services have been called out to a concern for welfare incident this afternoon.
Police were called out to Obelisk Road in the Woolston area of Southampton following a request for help from South Central Ambulance Service.
Two patrol cars and a first response car have been parked outside a block of flats near to the Lidl supermarket.
A spokesperson for Hampshire police has said there is no risk to the wider public.
No arrests have been made, however, officers are still doing initial enquiries.
