A DISCOUNT retailer is set to expand one of its Hampshire stores and garden centres.
B&M has announced that it is expanding its Fareham store to make it "much bigger and better for customers".
The expansion comes after customers said they wanted a larger shop with more products.
The store team has been working to transform the shop and have confirmed the existing store will close next week on Monday, September 12.

The store will be closed for five days so that the store team can complete the final phase of the expansion ready for customers.
The grand re-opening will take place on Saturday, September 17, at 9am.
The 30,904sq. ft. store will offer an even bigger selection of great bargains from big brands across a variety of departments.
Customers can expect to find a huge variety of branded groceries for the best possible price including a range of food, health and beauty, cleaning, pet food, gifts, seasonal products, DIY essentials and homeware.

The store will also be expanding its garden centre to 7,919sq. ft. selling hundreds of plant varieties and gardening essentials.
The colleagues were asked to nominate a local charity they think truly deserves some VIP treatment for the work they do for the local community.
They chose the team from The Moving on Project to take centre stage and officially unveil the new B&M store.
The Moving on Project have been providing one-to-one counselling for young people aged 11-25 since 1995.
They are a local not-for-profit organisation based in the Fareham and Gosport area that relies solely on grants and donations to provide their services.
The store manager at B&M Fareham said: “The Moving on Project really stood out for us so we wanted to give them some VIP treatment as a thank you for all the hard work that they have done.
"We hope that our donation can help them to continue the great work.”
