AN INTERNATIONAL company that coaches business leaders will stay headquartered in Hedge End for the next decade.
Vistage UK is based in Vanbrugh House on the Botleigh Grange Office Campus.
The company offers coaching for small and medium-sized businesses.
The lease on the 5,500 sq ft office suite has now been renewed by the company for the next ten years.
Negotiations were handled by the global head office in San Diego in the US.
Russell Mogridge, national lead partner in the office agency team at Vail Williams, acted on behalf of Northwood Regional, Vanbrugh House’s landlord.
He said: “It is a pleasure to be involved once again with Vistage UK, a decade on from when Vistage UK relocated to Vanbrugh House from Winchester.
“They join a number of first-class businesses located at this premier business park, including Lloyds Bank, global property and construction consultancy Gleeds, global asset management and construction consultancy Currie & Brown, national law firm Clarke Willmott and PURE Gym’s IT department.
“Having reviewed its property requirements, and explored alternative options, Vistage UK opted to retain the same premises because it offers a "great location for clients to visit and employees to work from.
“We’ve had a great deal of success at Botleigh Grange over the years and I’m delighted Vistage UK decided to remain in Vanbrugh House, recognising the world-class facilities and working environment which so many companies now seek.”
Kerry Douglas, Vistage UK’s Operations Director, said: “Vistage UK was keen to remain in situ, given the excellent facilities for our colleagues and clients and connectivity to the M27 Solent corridor between Southampton and Portsmouth, the M3 to Winchester, Basingstoke and London and the A27 to the east.
“Having a UK headquarters which hits all the right notes means we don’t have the expense and considerable disruption that comes with relocation.
“Vistage UK looks forward to another 10 successful years at Botleigh Grange Office Campus, delivering impactful coaching and peer development to ambitious C-suite executives in a trusting and supportive environment.”
