A WOMAN appeared before magistrates today charged with more than 50 offences relating to fires.
Victoria Tunnicliffe, 31, of Lesser Horseshoe Close, Fareham, faces two allegations of arson being reckless as to whether life was endangered, 16 charges of arson, one of attempted arson and 34 criminal damage charges.
They are alleged to have occurred between June 2005 and April 2008 in the Bishop's Waltham area.
Bail was refused and Tunnicliffe was remanded in custody to appear at the Portsmouth Crown Court on April 14.
Magistrates were told that the cases could only be heard at a crown court.
Tunnicliffe, who wore a dark top and jeans, had her head bowed during the 45 minute hearing. No pleas were entered.
