AN EASTLEIGH man who has admitted sex charges has been banned from open spaces as part of a bail condition.
Gary White, 26, had pleaded guilty at an earlier hearing at Southampton Crown Court to three charges of exposing himself to women and sentence had been adjourned for him to be assessed whether he was suitable to go on a sex offenders' treatment order.
But Judge Tom Longbotham heard the probation service had not compiled the report because he had been arrested for an unrelated offence while on bail.
White, of Ruskin Road, had bail extended pending sentence on May 12 but was told he could not enter common land, wasteland, woodland and heathland.
He must also report daily to the police.
The judge warned him: "I anticipate whoever sentences you will take the view you are a repeat offender and custody is almost inevitable."
White was also placed on the sex offenders' register.
