A 200-YEAR-OLD Hampshire pub featured in both the Good Pub Guide and the Good Beer Guide has been put up for sale.
The Crown Inn in the village of Axford is on the market for £565,000.
Tonya West, of Winchester-based agents Christie and Co, who are handling the sale, said: "While the pub is producing a sufficient level of income under the current management team, there is undoubtedly scope for a more hands on' owner-operator to increase revenue.
"We anticipate a high level of interest in The Crown Inn from both private and corporate pub operators."
